Sára Nemoda
Registered Auditor, Tax Expert, IFRS Certified Accountant
I graduated from the College of Finance and Accounting in 1995. After a year and a half in the field of tourism marketing, I recognized the beauty of accounting work and started working as an accountant for a group of Belgian agricultural companies.
After three years, I joined Metrum Könyvszakértő Kft in 2000 and obtained my qualification in audit in 2004. Here I acquired skills in the preparation of complete audit documentation of small and medium-sized companies and the audit of transformations. My mentor was Dr. Péter Galambos, from whom I learned commitment to the profession, the importance of audit methodology and openness to new IT solutions.
From 2006, I continued my career at Mazars Kft. where I had the chance to develop by auditing Hungarian subsidiaries of large, international companies, participating in financial due diligence and learning how to manage larger teams. After the birth of my two children, I returned to the accounting sector in 2014, managing an accounting company and carrying out the professional and operational management of a group of 8-10 accountants.
We founded ASJ Audit Kft with my business partner, Stéber Judit in the autumn of 2019.

Judit Stéber

I owe my passion for my profession to my high school teacher; even then it was clear that my path would lead straight to accounting. I achieved 4th place in the national accounting competition (OSZTV) in high school and graduated in 2001.
After a few months of accounting work, I started my auditing career at ITAG ÖKOLEX Könyvvizsgáló Kft. During the 3 years I spent there, in addition to my work as an audit assistant, I also carried out continuous accounting for smaller companies.
At the end of 2004, I joined Metrum Könyvszakértő Kft. where I participated mainly in the audit of Hungarian subsidiaries of large German and Austrian companies. It was here I became acquainted with the specificity of many industries (manufacturing, construction, trading and real estate development companies).
Furthermore, I gained experience in tax due diligence, audit transformations (mergers, spin-offs), preparing multi-year business plans, preparing and auditing consolidation data services (based on IFRS and US GAAP) for the parent company, and liquidation procedures.
Between 2006 and 2010, I deepened my knowledge at Mazars Kft where I participated in auditing larger companies and consolidating annual accounts, managing audit workflows and tax due diligences, and auditing the transition to foreign exchange accounting. During this period I acquired significant knowledge in new industries (hotels, shipping). Since 2010 I have gained additional experience at SZM Audit Kft in the independent audit of companies, tax consultancy, audit of transformations, and tenders.
